Former England international Lawrence Dallaglio believes that Tom Wood will do England "proud" when he dons the captain's armband for this summer's Argentina tour.
Head coach Stuart Lancaster has opted for the Northampton Saint's back-row over Chris Robshaw, as the Harlequins star is due to be rested following his omission from the British & Irish Lions squad.
While Wood's England career has been inconsistent of late, Dallaglio is confident that the 26-year-old can prove his worth this summer.
