Mike Brown not cited over Conor Murray kick

Six Nations officials confirm that Mike Brown will not be cited for kicking Conor Murray during England's win over Ireland.

England full-back Mike Brown has not been cited for kicking Conor Murray in the Six Nations victory over Ireland on Saturday.

The 30-year-old came in for criticism after making contact with Murray during the game at Twickenham in an incident that left the scrum-half bleeding.

Brown later protested his innocence, insisting that he kicked the ball, and now officials have confirmed that they will not pursue the matter further.

The decision means that Brown will be able to feature in England's crunch game with Wales on March 12.
