Man charged over Mike Tindall CCTV footage

Police in New Zealand have confirmed that a man has been charged in connection with the CCTV footage that shows England's Mike Tindall with a women in a bar.

Jonathan Dixon, 40, is due to appear at Queenstown District Court later today, accused of "accessing a computer system for dishonest purpose".

The video appears to show the women kissing Tindall on the top of his head during a team night out after England had defeated Argentina.

Tindall married the Queen's granddaughter Zara Phillips seven weeks ago.
