Gavin Henson to sign Bath extension?

Gavin Henson has reportedly agreed to sign a new 12-month contract with Bath.

The 32-year-old's future at the Recreation Ground has been in doubt following an injury-hit first season in the West Country.

The fly-half was recently linked with a return to his native Wales with Newport Gwent Dragons, though Newport director of rugby dismissed those reports on Tuesday.

Henson is now expected to commit himself to another season with Bath, according to The Telegraph.

The Welshman joined the club last summer from London Welsh.
