Super League Player of the Month nominees revealed

Leeds Rhinos starlet Kallum Watkins is among the list of nominees for July's Super League Player of the Month award.

The 24-year-old's impressive performances for the Loiners led to suggestions that he could become the greatest British centre in rugby league history.

Watkins faces competition from Adam Quinlan, John Bateman, Jermaine McGillvary and Wigan Warriors' Chris Hill.

Luke Gale was crowned June's Player of the Month after playing a key part in Castleford Tigers' victories over table-toppers Leeds Rhinos and St Helens.
