Ablett handed two-match ban

Leeds Rhinos forward Carl Ablett has been given a two-match ban for kicking Warrington Wolves centre Joel Monaghan.

The incident took place last Friday during Leeds's 24-6 defeat to Warrington in the Super League.

Ablett will now sit out Friday's Challenge Cup quarter-final against Leigh Centurion as well as his side's league encounter with Huddersfield Giants on June 12.

Meanwhile, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats prop Richard Moore has been suspended for one match after admitting a Grade B striking offence during his team's defeat at Bradford Bulls last Sunday.
