Willie Manu was the first to go over for the hosts, before Jordan Thompson replied to level the scores in the 11th minute.
Tries from Tom Briscoe, Richard Horne, Danny Houghton and Mark O'Meley built a commanding lead for Hull in the second half.
Oliver Holmes touched down for a consolation in the 65th minute, but Chris Green completed the scoring for the home side.
