West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has revealed that he likes to go overnight fishing in order to escape from his hectic life in football.
The 26-year-old has claimed that he used to share his passion with his father when he was younger, and continues to fish in the Essex countryside.
"You just switch off really," Noble told the Daily Mail. "It's so peaceful. You're concentrating on your rods so you tend to forget about everything else."
Meanwhile, West Ham are preparing to take on Aston Villa in the Premier League this weekend.
