A man tried to have sex with a sheep next to Tottenham Hotspur's multi-million pound training ground, a court has heard.

Paul Lovell appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court today on one count of indecent exposure and another count of outraging public disorder.

The court was told that the 61-year-old tried to "commit a sexual act" with a sheep on September 4 and also tried to get the animal to perform a sexual act on him, according to the Daily Star.

Lovell denied both charges and was released on bail on the condition that he does not return to Whitewebbs Lane of Archers Wood in Enfield.
