House belonging to Roma's Radja Nainggolan targeted by thieves

Italian police reveal that robbers swiped £24,500 and 15 watches from the home of Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan.

Italian police have revealed that the home of Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan was burgled on Friday night.

It is believed that £24,500 was swiped, as well as 15 watches, between the times of 11pm and midnight while nobody was in the property.

According to Sky Sports News, Nainggolan's wife did not set the alarm or close the security gates when she left to visit friends for a brief period.

The burglars are said to have climbed over a wall and opened the locked doors with a credit card.

Nainggolan has been in the headlines of late as Chelsea are believed to have opened talks with the player's representatives regarding a potential summer transfer.
