Report: Cristiano Ronaldo's ex Irina Shayk is former Sepp Blatter lover

A Spanish newspaper has claimed that Russian model Irina Shayk is a former lover of recently-resigned FIFA president Sepp Blatter.

The 29-year-old separated from Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo earlier this year after a five-year relationship, and has since been photographed on dates with American actor Bradley Cooper.

El Mundo published an article on the women in the 79-year-old Swiss's life, claiming that Blatter was involved with Shayk after splitting from Polish tennis player Ilona Bogska in 2002, and before meeting current partner Linda Barras in 2014.

Blatter quit his role as FIFA president earlier this week amid the corruption scandal which has shaken the sport's governing body.
