Paris Saint-Germain defender David Luiz announces his baptism on Instragram.

David Luiz has revealed on Instagram that he was baptised on Friday.

The Paris Saint-Germain defender is a devout Christian and took to his account to announce the news.

He said: "How wonderful to live with you Lord, thank you for loving me so much and take care of me! My life is yours, and I am your servant! What're always in the center of all my decisions! I love my God! amen." as quoted in the Daily Mail.

Luiz and his PSG teammates are looking to secure the Ligue 1 crown against Montpellier HSC this evening.
