Cristiano Ronaldo shares birthday cake with teammates

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo was presented with a huge birthday cake on Tuesday while on international duty with Portugal.

The national team skipper celebrated turning 28 years old with his Portuguese teammates, who stumbled to a 3-2 defeat to Ecuador the following night.

The ex-Manchester United winger posed for photographs with the cake, which boasted strawberries, two red candles and CR7 written in chocolate icing.

Meanwhile, the former Ballon d'Or winner, who shared the cake creation with his teammates, is due to go up against his former club with Madrid in the Champions League next week.
