Report: Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons arrested after nightclub brawl

Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons has been arrested after allegedly being involved in a nightclub fight.

The 20-year-old was among nine people who were arrested and bailed after the brawl at Bar Livello in Newcastle, The Sun reports.

According to The Independent, Aarons had "gone berserk" when a group of eight to 10 men starting dancing around his aunt at the club.

Northumbria Police said in a statement: "Nine people have been arrested and bailed pending further inquiries. One man attended hospital with facial injuries."

Aarons signed a new five-year deal with the Magpies in August.
