Danny Simpson 'dating Tulisa Contostavlos'

Newcastle United's Danny Simpson is allegedly dating The X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos.

The pair were spotted together enjoying drinks and dinner at a five-star hotel in Manchester and have arranged to see each other again, according to The Mirror.

"Tulisa went up to Manchester on Tuesday to meet him for drinks in a hotel. It went well and they had a laugh," a source told the newspaper.

"Neither Danny or T are in any hurry to rush things, and both want to take it all slowly. It is still early days."

Simpson and Contostavlos are said to have met through a mutual friend, and have been seen exchanging messages over Twitter since the date.

The Magpies defender, who recently split from his long-term partner, was previously linked with glamour model Imogen Thomas and had a relationship with Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett.
