Manchester United's Ashley Young has shown his generosity by offering to arrange for a Manchester City supporter's smartphone to be fixed after he allegedly damaged the screen.
Annie Taylor revealed on Twitter that her screen had broken while taking a selfie with the 29-year-old, who has played for United since 2011.
During a conversation with friends on the social media website, one user suggested that Young pay for the damage and after noticing the tweets, the footballer offered to do just that.
He tweeted: "so sorry, follow me so I can DM you and get your screen repaired."
