Manchester United's Wayne Rooney to have plastic surgery to cover up scar?

Wayne Rooney could reportedly have plastic surgery in order to cover the scar expected to be left from a cut to his forehead.

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is reportedly considering having plastic surgery to cover up a scar expected to be left by a cut on his head.

The 27-year-old was ruled out of England's World Cup qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine due to the injury he suffered during a training session with United.

According to the Daily Star, Rooney could undergo plastic surgery as once the stitches are removed, a noticeable scar on his forehead is expected to remain.

Rooney is believed to have suffered the injury during a collision with teammate Phil Jones.
