Newcastle United 'have more fans arrested than any other club'

Newcastle United reportedly had more of their fans arrested than any other club in England last season.

Newcastle United fans were reportedly arrested more times that any other set of supporters from English clubs last season.

Figures released by the Home Office have revealed that 175 Magpies fans were arrested by police, while Manchester United supporters came in second with 30 fewer that the North East-outfit.

According to the Daily Star, the report has also claimed that 114 of Newcastle's supporters were taken in by police for violent disorder.

Arsenal are said to have had 53 fans arrested last month, while 92 Chelsea supporters broke the law.
