Manchester United 'sell entire FA Community Shield allocation'

Man Utd's Community Shield tickets 'sell out'

Manchester United have reportedly sold out their entire original allocation of tickets for the FA Community Shield at Wembley.

The Premier League champions, who will take on FA Cup winners Wigan Athletic on August 11, were originally handed 38,000 seats.

After the Red Devils sold out, the club requested 10,000 more tickets from the Football Association, 2,000 of which have been snapped up, according to the Daily Mail.

The 2013-14 Premier League campaign gets underway six days after the Wembley meeting.
