Memphis Depay, Morgan Schneiderlin renting Phil Neville's pads

Depay, Schneiderlin renting from Neville

Manchester United duo Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin are both reportedly renting pads belonging to current Valencia assistant Phil Neville.

Depay and Schneiderlin both joined Man United last summer and are yet to purchase permanent homes in the city, preferring to rent in the early stages of their career at Old Trafford.

According to The Sun, the pair are both staying in properties owned by former Man United defender Neville, who has been in Spain since the start of the season.

The report claims that Neville is earning £30,000 a month renting out his £3.6m Cheshire mansion to Depay and his 45th-floor, three-storey designer apartment, which is situated in Beetham Tower, to Frenchman Schneiderlin.

Neville is expected to return to England at the end of the season when Valencia shake up their managerial set-up.
