Darmian 'to become interior designer after football'

Manchester United full-back Matteo Darmian reportedly has ambitions to become an interior designer when he eventually walks away from football.

The 25-year-old and his model girlfriend Francesca Cormanni are both said to be qualified designers after completing a college course.

According to the Daily Star, the couple, who have been in a relationship for five years, plan to work together on future design projects when Darmian hangs up his boots.

The Italian defender joined United from Torino in the summer.
