David Beckham commemorates treble, wedding with '99' tattoo

Former Manchester United star David Beckham has commemorated one of the most important years of his life by getting a new tattoo inked on his hand.

On Instagram, the 40-year-old posted a picture of a simple '99' which has been inked onto the little finger of his right hand.

In 1999, Beckham helped United win the treble and he married wife Victoria, who is the mother of his four children.

Alongside the picture, the retired footballer wrote: "99 was a good year for me ..."
