Manchester City's Carlos Tevez hit with driving ban

Tevez handed driving ban

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has been banned from driving his car on an interim suspension after he was caught speeding.

The Argentina international was seen driving over the speed limit in Morecambe in March and failed to provide information after he was caught.

Lancaster Magistrates imposed a temporary ban of less than a fortnight to the 28-year-old, who recently had his Porsche Panamera impounded because he failed to provide a valid UK driving licence.

Tevez mimicked driving a car two days after the incident when he scored in City's 5-0 win over Aston Villa earlier this month.
