Sergio Aguero signs '16' shirts as gesture for fans who bought old replica shirt

Manchester City star Sergio Aguero has signed a stack of No.16 shirts for supporters who bought the replica tops before the Argentine changed his squad number to 10.

The 27-year-old, who has been out injured since the start of October, penned his signature on each shirt as a gesture for the fans.

The striker opted to wear No.10 in August after Edin Dzeko was loaned out to Roma in the transfer window.

The club, who hope to have Aguero fighting fit after the international break, documented the signing by filming the forward as he penned his signature.
