Video: Liverpool pair Jordon Ibe, Joe Gomez take 'dizzy' penalties challenge

Liverpool duo Jordon Ibe and Joe Gomez took a break from training to have a go at the latest 'dizzy' penalties challenge created by GlobalGoals.

The challenge involves the players runing around a football with their heads down in order to get themselves into a dizzy spell.

After a good few seconds, the participants need to compose themselves and try to line up a shot at goal from the penalty spot.

Real Madrid star Gareth Bale has already had a go, and this time, Ibe and Gomez were handed the task.
