Johnson 'gets six-month driving ban'

Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has reportedly been banned from driving for six months following a motoring offence last February.

The England international was found guilty of failing to return a form to North Wales Police naming the driver of his Audi when it was clocked driving above the speed limit on the A55 dual carriageway at Colwyn Bay.

According to the Liverpool Daily Post, Johnson, who was not present at Prestatyn Magistrates' Court, was banned on November 29 as he already had six points on his licence.

Johnson was also given a fine of £1,500, including £650 in costs and a £150 victims' surcharge.
