Fabio Borini knew he would marry wife Erin O'Neill "since day one"

Liverpool striker Fabio Borini has insisted that he knew he would marry model Erin O'Neill "since day one" of their relationship.

The Italian married the Liverpudlian swimwear model at the five-star Castello di Casole estate in his homeland in June.

The couple sold their wedding photos to OK Magazine, with the proceeds going to the Anthony Nolan charity, and the 24-year-old told the publication: "I actually felt that she was the one I was going to marry since day one."

Borini has been linked with a move away from Liverpool this summer after falling out of favour under Brendan Rodgers.
