It has now emerged that the online poker company are considering their partnership with Suarez, who was named as a brand ambassador a month ago.
A tweet on 888poker's official page stated that they will not "tolerate unsporting behaviour" should the allegations be proved true.
Following recent allegations made against Luis Suárez, we are reviewing our relationship with him. We will not tolerate unsporting behavior.— 888poker (@888poker) June 25, 2014
The company signed up Suarez having already been aware of previous racism and biting offences committed by the prolific forward.
