Grimsby Town recreate John Lewis Christmas advert

Grimsby Town have put their own spin on one of this year's most popular Christmas TV adverts with the aid of striker Lenell John-Lewis.

The three-minute clip features Mariners supporter Lloyd Griffith, who is given a present he's been 'dreaming of' - taking the club's star player home to place under the Christmas tree.

The original advert was launched by retailer John Lewis at the end of November, and was recently named the greatest festive offering of all time.
