Chelsea, Manchester City to pay tribute to Oklahoma tornado victims

Chelsea and Manchester City have decided to pay respect to the victims of the Oklahoma tornado in tonight's friendly in St Louis.

The two Premier League sides will go head to head tonight as part of the clubs' post-season tours in the US, with part of the proceeds going towards the Oklahoma Recovery Fund.

Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay told the club's official website: "Our thoughts are with the people of Oklahoma.

"Everybody at Chelsea Football Club is determined to do what we can to help raise important funds for the recovery process. We are united alongside Manchester City in our commitment to help."

Both teams will also wear black armbands as a mark of respect.
