Burnley to open new supporters' bar on matchdays

Burnley have announced that they will open a new supporters' bar on matchdays at Turf Moor.

The Championship outfit will welcome fans to the bar, which is situated in the Jimmy McIlroy Stand, three hours before kickoff until the starting whistle blows.

The club have claimed that the bar will "offer unrivalled views across the Turf Moor pitch" as well as Sky TV.

The bar, which will open at 10am this Saturday ahead of the club's season opener against Bolton Wanderers, will be limited to the first 200 supporters.
