Lionel Messi's cousin, Maxi Biancucchi, has been the subject of racial abuse from his own club president.
Olimpia chief Marcelo Recanate was angry with reports linking the 28-year-old with a move to Qatar and used offensive language against the winger.
"Maximiliano Biancucchi is a disrespectful, irreverent Argentine," he said. "He's a black Argentine, a disrespectful midget.
"He earns $25,000 (£15,700) per month and he is an employee of Olimpia. I'm telling Mr. Biancucchi he won't play for Olimpia until December."
Biancucchi's lawyer has also revealed that they have lodged a complaint against Recanate to FIFA.
"We've sent the letter and all documents," Ricardo Scarane told Radio 970 AM. "Fifa will receive them on Thursday.
"Maxi is aware of all that was said. He has been made to feel very hurt by Marcelo's remarks and is fulfilling his contract for the love for the fans."
Biancucchi has played for Libertad and Flamengo among other clubs in his career.
