Barcelona's Neymar to wear new 'liquid diamond' Nike football boots

Barcelona star Neymar has unveiled some new 'liquid diamond' football boots that he has created with global sportswear brand Nike.

The Brazil international, who moved to Camp Nou back in 2013, is due to debut a new pair of Hypervenom shoes.

Vice-president of Nike Football Footwear Max Blau is quoted as saying: "We take inspiration from Neymar's play and personality. He attacks the defence with a style so fluid, it reminded us of water flowing between rocks.

"That's when we started shifting our thoughts from incorporating a nod to diamonds, to creating a liquid diamond aesthetic for the entire upper."

Neymar has netted 14 goals so far this season.
