FIFA linesman asks for photo with Lionel Messi during Argentina clash

Barcelona and Argentina ace Lionel Messi was asked to pose for a photo with a FIFA linesman during the South American side's win over Chile.

The 25-year-old Ballon d'Or winner was approached by the linesman on the stroke of half-time during yesterday's meeting and sportingly complied with the request.

The prolific frontman finished the match with a goal, which was added to by Real Madrid forward Gonzalo Higuain.

While Chile managed to get on the scoresheet, it was enough to cause an upset and Argentina secured a 2-1 victory.
