Video: Emmanuel Frimpong films Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain shadow boxing

Emmanuel Frimpong has tried to give some insight into what the Arsenal players get up to when they join up for training.

The 21-year-old, who is known for his viral videos, met up with Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, whom he calls 'Freckle Man Ninja Turtle', this week.

The quick Instagram clip shows Wilshere, who has been criticised by manager Arsene Wenger for smoking, watching Oxlade-Chamberlain shadow box around the camera.
