AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli admits he is the father of baby Pia

AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli has finally publicly admitted that he is the father of a baby girl from a previous relationship.

The 23-year-old questioned whether he was the biological father of Pia, who was born to the forward's former partner Raffaella Fico in December 2012.

Following the bitter breakup between the pair, the ex-Manchester City star wrote on Twitter this week: "Finally the TRUTH :-) ??...PIA... Sweet child of mine !!! your Dad."

Balotelli, who is now in a relationship with model Fanny Neguesha, initially demanded a DNA test, despite Fico insisting that he was the father of her child.
