France have taken gold after Emilie Andeol defeated Jasmin Kuelbs of Germany in the women's +78kg judo category.
Andeol, 27, won in just over two minutes after scoring an ippon as well as a Yuko.
The bronzes were won by Belkis Kaya of Turkey and Ukraine's Svitlana Iaromka.
It is France's ninth gold of the Games.
