Danny Willett moves ahead at European Masters

World number 32 Danny Willett holds a one-shot lead at the halfway stage of the European Masters in Switzerland.

Danny Willett has recorded a second-round 62 to open up a one-shot lead at the European Masters in Switzerland.

The Englishman, who finished in a tie for sixth place at last week's Open Championship, hit nine birdies to edge clear of YE Yang and Baek Seukhyun.

Swedish amateur Marcus Kinhult is three shots further behind in fourth spot, while first-round leader Gregory Havret is five shots off the pace after a round of 69.

American Patrick Reed is nine shots off the lead after also recording a score of 69 on Friday.
