Alex Noren sets up meeting with Anthony Wall in Match Play final

Alex Noren eases into the final of the Paul Lawrie Match Play where he will face veteran Englishman Anthony Wall.

Alex Noren has cruised into the final of the Paul Lawrie Match Play with comfortable victories over Johan Carlsson and James Morrison.

The tournament top seed will now take on Anthony Wall, who beat Oliver Fisher in a tense semi-final, for the title.

Noren carded birdies on each of the opening three holes against Morrison, while claiming another at the seventh to move into a four-up lead.

Morrison battled valiantly to halve the deficit after the 10th hole, but Noren proved too strong as he progressed through to Sunday's final with Wall.

Fisher pushed Wall all the way in their last-four showdown, halving the first six holes before the veteran Englishman moved in front and finally took the win on the 22nd.
