Cabrera-Bello lead slashed at Hong Kong Open

Rafa Cabrera-Bello has been caught by Sam Brazel at the top of the Hong Kong Open standings heading into the final day of the tournament.

The Spaniard had held a three-shot lead at the midway point but carded a round of 70 on Saturday to leave the door open for Brazel to pounce.

Brazel's three-under-par 67 took him level at the summit, following up his disappointing opening bogey with four birdies over the next 17 holes, while Cabrera-Bello dropped six shots across the course of the day.

Englishman Tommy Fleetwood is also in contention heading into round four, matching Brazel's 67 to find himself two strokes further back and one ahead of David Lipsky in fourth.

David Howell was the big mover of the day, equalling the course record with a round of 63 to climb into a tie for fifth, but 2016 Masters champion Danny Willett is still off the pace on five-under.
