Dustin Johnson claims win at Canadian Open

World number one Dustin Johnson claims a three-shot win at the Canadian Open, while Englishman Tommy Fleetwood ends the tournament in a share of sixth place.

Dustin Johnson has recorded a final-round 66 to secure a three-shot victory at the Canadian Open.

The world number one missed the cut at The Open on his last outing, but the American has returned to form with a dominant win in Ontario.

Johnson registered seven birdies on Sunday to remain at the top of the leaderboard, with South Korean pair An Byeong-hun and Whee Kim claiming a share of second place.

Keegan Bradley and Abraham Ancer finished in fourth and fifth spot respectively, while Tommy Fleetwood secured another top-10 finish as he earned a share of sixth position.

Ian Poulter and Shane Lowry both claimed 12th, and Northern Ireland's Graeme McDowell ended the tournament in 17th position as he bids to make a late surge for the Fedex Cup playoffs.
