World number one Rory McIlroy admits that he is now "much happier" with his swing.

Rory McIlroy is confident that he is returning to his best form ahead of the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship at Dove Mountain.

The Northern Irishman has not competed since missing the cut in the European Tour's Abu Dhabi Championship, but he has insisted that he is "much happier" with his swing.

"I'm actually much happier with how I'm swinging the club. The clubs were performing fine in Abu Dhabi, it was just the fact that I wasn't swinging at my best," he told Eurosport.

"I feel like I've turned a corner with my swing. I've got it back on track, and that's ultimately what's going to help me play better."

McIlroy is currently the world number one.
