Clarke turns to Woosnam's former caddie

Darren Clarke has teamed up with Ian Woosnam's former caddie in a bid to turn his form around.

The Irishman recently parted company with John Mulrooney, who was on the bag during his Open Championship victory at Royal St George's in Sandwich.

However, Clarke has now plummeted to number 54 after failing to record a top-ten finish since his heroic win last year.

The 43-year-old will now link up with Paul Morbey for the WGC Accenture Match Play Championship next week.

"Darren and I go back a long way so I've known him for ages and I'm looking forward to the three-week spell," said Morbey.

Morbey, who caddied for Woosnam during his Masters win, currently works with 24-year-old Danny Willett.
