Lewis Hamilton: "I'm happy with third"

Mclaren's Lewis Hamilton insists that he is happy with qualifying in third place for Sunday's Indian Grand Prix.

McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton believes that he can challenge Red Bull in Sunday's Indian Grand Prix.

The 27-year-old qualified in third place behind the Red Bull duo of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber, but Hamilton has insisted that Sunday's race is not a foregone conclusion.

Hamilton told reporters: "I'm happy with third. The team have done a great job this weekend.

"We weren't quick enough to be ahead of these guys (Red Bull) today, but our race pace is just as quick as these guys."

Hamilton is currently in fourth place in the drivers' rankings.
