Joel Grant joins Yeovil Town

Yeovil Town have signed former Wycombe Wanderers winger Joel Grant on a free transfer.

The 25-year-old, who left Adams Park earlier this summer, has signed a two-year contract with the Glovers.

Grant scored 16 goals in 77 appearances for Wycombe, whom he joined from Crewe Alexandra in May 2011.

He is a former Jamaican youth international, who was capped 11 times at Under-20 level between 2006 and 2007.
