Ronald Zubar to join Ajaccio

Ajaccio have confirmed that they have completed the signing of experienced defender Ronald Zubar from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The 27-year-old, who has previously played in Ligue 1 for Caen and Marseille, will act as a replacement for Carl Medjani, who is moving to Monaco.

"It is now official that Ronald Zubar will join ACA tomorrow," a statement said on the club's website.

"The central defender, 27, spent the last three and a half years in England with Wolverhampton. He played more than 50 games in the Premier League."

Zubar has made 15 appearances for France's Under-21 side.
