Wigan Athletic are understood to want £12m for winger Victor Moses amid interest from Chelsea and Liverpool.
The Latics were thought to have rejected a £10m bid from the Blues for the 21-year-old last month.
Wigan chairman Dave Whelan now wants an improved offer if he is to part with one of the club's star players, according to The Mirror.
Moses moved to the DW Stadium from Crystal Palace in January 2010 for £2.5m.
