West Ham United defender Joey O'Brien has revealed that he wants the team to improve their form at the back this season.
The Hammers got their Premier League campaign off to a winning start on Saturday as they saw off Cardiff City 2-0 at Upton Park.
"The object of the season is to get more clean sheets than last season and we started with a clean sheet on Saturday, so we got that and attacking-wise we created plenty of chances and probably should have won by a couple more," O'Brien told the club's official website.
"I was delighted to get a clean sheet and a good performance to start the season at home. It was a good day for us."
West Ham play their first away fixture of the campaign on Saturday when they travel to Newcastle United.
