"Albion have reached an agreement to release winger Rayhaan Tulloch from his contract at The Hawthorns," read a statement.
"Tulloch was on loan at Bradford City during the first half of the season and is now a free agent.
"The 23-year-old made seven first-team appearances for the Baggies and departs with the club's best wishes."
