USA striker Aron Johannsson reveals that the side's coach has not yet revealed who will replace Jozy Altidore in the starting lineup against Portugal.

Aron Johannsson has revealed that coach Jurgen Klinsmann has not told his players what changes will be made to the USA team for their World Cup match against Portugal this weekend.

The Americans will have to make at least one change after striker Jozy Altidore was injured during their opening clash with Ghana.

The 23-year-old told ESPN: "Whenever he's ready to let us know who's going to start, then he'll do it. We just have to wait until he makes his decision."

Altidore was diagnosed with a hamstring strain, but could return later in the tournament.
